Marionette Theatre

Inspired by the Russian folk tale, The Fiddler in Hell, this Marionette Theatre is a design-build-perform interactive theatre. The project-performance, realized as both the theatre space and a marionette of the theatre, interacts with the audience within the physical parameters of the project-performance. Tasked with the production of the project-performance in a non-specific site, the design team completed various site and light explorations to create a project-performance that was experiential and reactive. This project was constructed and developed in collaboration with Desirae Cronsberry, John Gaitan, Jeffrey Kwok, and Alex Okuka.
